Choosing a Finance concentration for your MBA means giving yourself the ability to personalize your MBA in a way that suits your strengths and interests.
First, you build your foundational management skills, developing an understanding of core MBA topics such as economics, decision-making with data, leadership, marketing and strategy, along with accounting and financial management and markets.
Then, you develop specialized skills in financial management, preparing you to work within the financial services industry or a corporate environment as a financial advisor or analyst – assessing financial data to make strategic decisions.
Upon completion of the program’s core and concentration units, students will receive the opportunity to implement their newly learned skills through a final Capstone project. Students can also complete an optional 6-unit internship to complement their course material.
All in-person sessions are designed to be attended on campus, ensuring a consistent, immersive learning experience aligned with the program’s delivery model.
